COMPUTER TECHNICIAN
He/She will be responsible for carrying out systems engineering and management of the hardware and software infrastructure, software design and development, maintenance activities related to internal programs.
Must know the programming languages Python, PHP, Linux and Microsoft.NET and Office applications with specific excellent competence on Excel.
4/5 years of experience and operational flexibility are required.
INTERNAL COMMERCIAL
He/She reports to the Sales Manager, takes care of managing customer contacts, proposing business services, preparing the commercial offer and managing practices following the data entry in the management system.
A good cultural level is required, experience, albeit brief, gained in the commercial back office and / or in the field of telemaketing, familiarity with the use of IT systems.
The propensity for commercial activity, communication skills, problem solving and collaboration skills complete the profile.
SEARCH FOR DATA AND INFORMATION
It deals with managing the research and collection of data and information by telephone and / or with the help of databases and web surveys.
A good cultural level is required, excellent communication skills, aptitude for problem solving, ability to operate on the internet, habit of using the telephone.
Experience in service call centers / contact centers and / or in the economic / commercial information sector.
