ASSEMBLY
AND USE OF INFORMATION FOR LEGAL STRATEGIES
Characteristics and Objectives
The role of the Litigation project consists in providing tools and methods
of analysis to assist in the preliminary legal investigation of the case. It
deals in practical and important matters and provides ways of keeping information
already acquired up to date and testing it by means of new lines of investigation,
or exploring new research opportunities that present strongly incisive strategies.
Any decision taken must create economic value. The operational aspects - knowing
what goods to go after and where - must be combined with knowledge of the ways
of evaluating the possible alternatives.
Who
It's For
For several years the Litigation project has been successfully working with
law offices and with the heads of companies' legal departments and in general
all those who are operating in companies where knowledge of specific operating
tools and management methods can be immediately translated into tangible results
for the company.
